Forbes and others are reporting that Atlas Venture, along with co-investors Wellington Partners, has sold its share in GIGA, a German gaming TV channel, to Premiere AG, Germany’s largest pay-TV operator. At Premiere, GIGA will be part of the Premiere Star offering encompassing a slew of high-involvement niche channels like MTV, Turner Classic Movies, Disney’s Toon Disney, Cartoon Network, etc.
