One company that keeps reappearing in conversations seemingly every day in the last weeks is Blackhawk Network. Blackhawk is the US leader in prepaid third-party branded gift cards, with over 60,000 stores carrying its cards.
From all we hear about it, sounds like a great business to be in. Unfortunately, the company is already owned by Safeway, the supermarket people.
